How much does shipping cost?

We offer free USPS Priority shipping within the United States. Rush Shipping Via UPS, FEDEX or DHL is also available and charged at checkout. 

 

How fast is your U.S. shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Connecticut, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-7 business days of its ship date, or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary but we do our best to ship as soon as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We ship to PO boxes, military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Please select the PO Box checkbox in the Address section during checkout.

 

Do you ship to international PO boxes?

Sorry, we can't ship to international PO boxes yet. If you entered an international PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

 

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Deliveries to some countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

  1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
  2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

 

Can I ship my order DDU (delivered duty unpaid)?

Deliveries to some countries have the option at checkout to be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). However, we can not guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

 

How fast is your international shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days from our Connecticut USA warehouse.  Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we will do our best to get your package to you asap.  Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or US holidays.

 

Can I get my international order faster?

Right now we do not offer expedited international shipping. However, we ship all international orders via express service so you will receive your order within 3-8 business days, and sometimes quicker!

 

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

As long as your parcel has not left our warehouse we are able to change the delivery address, but please double check before placing the order that the address is correct. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information to the chosen shipping company (USPS, DHL, FEDEX, UPS) 

 

My order seems to be lost. What do I do?

Please email info@everestisles.com for assistance in tracking. We will help in any way possible to track or ship a replacement order.  

 

I received the wrong order. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order please drop us an email at info@everestisles.com  and we will help you with an exchange.

 

I received a faulty item. What do I do?

We have strict quality control from our warehouse, each item is fully inspected and packaged for each shipment. In the unlikely event there is a defective product please email photos to info@everestisles.com

Where can I change my account details?

On the account details page in your account you can edit your preferences. 

 

Where can I change my default addresses?

On the addresses page in your account you can change your shipping and billing address. These addresses are saved for future purchases.

 

Where can I view my orders?

On the order history page in your account you can view your past and current orders. If you have older orders that are not included in the order history, please contact us at info@everestisles.com

 

How do I track my orders?

A link to track your orders are always included in the shipping confirmation. You can also track your orders trough the order history in your account. The tacking will be available as soo as the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

 

Returns

 

Where do I send my return?

If you wish to make a return, please email info@everestisles.com and we will provide you with all the information you need. 

 

What is your return policy?

We have a general return policy of 14 days after receiving the package. The items must be fully sealed and in the original condition. We offer free returns. Shipping costs related to the original order of the returned product/-s will not be refunded. If a replacement product/-s is to be sent out, Everest Isles will cover the costs of standard shipping.  After having received your return, you will be refunded as soon as possible. We do not offer returns on opened underwear. 

 

I have returned a product. When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your purchase price (minus shipping costs), within 14 days of the return of the item. 

I used a coupon for my purchase, can I reuse the coupon for my next purchase?
Yes. When we process the refund we will either reissue the same coupon, or send an equivalent for the same discount.
